Reversible Gait Disturbance Due to Vitamin B12 Deficiency

چکیده

Vitamin B12 deficiency causes a variety of symptoms in the hematologic, gastrointestinal tract, and neurologic deficit. We report rare case progressive gait disturbance, bradykinesia dysarthria which was that vitamin diagnosed as cause, improved after intramuscular cobalamin treatment. B12, homocysteine, methylmalonic acid tests are recommended for patients with even absence obvious anemia symptoms.
